Pita-crown

Ingredients
600 g flour
30 g fresh yeast
2 eggs
320 ml low fat milk
50 g butter
2 tsp salt
1/2 - 1 tbsp sugar
sesame and pumpkin seeds ground
yolk and milk spreads

Method
Yeast is crushed, pour a part of pozatoplenoto milk and sugar. After effervescent, is poured into the well of sifted flour, add eggs, salt, melted, but cool down butter, the rest of the milk. 3amesva dough, which is left covered with a towel to rise about 1 hour. Thereof are divided into equal-sized balls - 7, 8, 9, 10 - number of optional. One of the balls are rolled out thin, fine sheet. In the middle of the tray is placed bowl namaslyava and sheet puts on it. On it in a circle around the bowl lining dough balls. Smeared with yolk, including fine and thin crust, stretched over a bowl. Balls sprinkled with sesame seed crust is cut so that each ball get tipped, which is stretched and glued on a nice dough ball. Smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with ground pumpkin seeds. The sheet must be thin and fine, to be deleted on baking, but to fulfill its role to limit rising process of the heel to the middle where you have to keep opening. Allow to rise again, then bake at a level below the average BBQ, at 200 C.
