Pita with feta cheese from four rolls

Ingredients
4 eggs
400 g yogurt
cube yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
about 1 kg of flour
300 g feta cheese
mrgarin or lard for oilne

Method
Make a well in the sifted flour, add yeast, which is pre-mixed with milk, beaten eggs and other products without the feta cheese. Knead to a soft dough. Divide into 4 balls and roll each crust. Dab with oil and sprinkle with feta cheese. Each ball is rolled up and placed in a greased tray. Leave to rise in a warm place about half an hour, smeared with yolk and put to bake in the preheated oven.
