Ingredients
# For the dough:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour
# For the filling:
300 g minced meat
2 potatoes
parsley or dill
3-4 scallions
salt and pepper

Method
In 1 cup water dissolves the salt, add the baking soda, the oil, flour - 2 and 1/2 cup (With the remainder, if necessary) and mix elastic dough. If necessary, add more flour until no longer sticky hands. Allow dough to rest, as is divided into 8 balls. Potatoes cut into very small cubes, mix with minced meat, add salt and pepper, chopped onion and parsley. Stuffing mix well. Each ball is rolled thin - 2 mm. If a large cut of 2 put a pad to turn and fry over medium heat, should not remain raw potatoes and minced meat. The filling may be different, and to fry advance.

Bravo I tried it, but zaparzhih stuffing to ready state and then used it. My husband and children were fascinated. (Yes interjected that is eaten immediately after cooking, as I deleted lost the taste of fried bread)
