Ingredients
5 yolks
120 g of powdered sugar
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
40 g yeast
500 g flour
80 g butter
1 vanilla powder
saffron
salt
Method
Yolks fight in a water bath with the sugar until the mixture turns white and thickened. The yeast was suspended in a little warm water and added together with the other products (except the butter) to the yolk mixture and mix well. Add the melted butter and then a new principal stirring the mixture is poured into an oiled form, cover with a cloth and leave to rise. Bake in a moderate oven.
