Pork chops smothered

Ingredients
6 pork chops
3-4 carrots
few cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
Method
Fry lightly crushed steaks. Arrange half in a shallow pan. On them savor, carrots cut into rings. Arrange chops on top the other. Pour the wine and hot water, which is fuzzy tomato paste. Boil on low heat. Suitable side dish fried potatoes.
