Pork kavarma sheet of sauerkraut

Ingredients
600 g pork topside
8 small or 4 large leaves sauerkraut
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 red onion
150 g leek
100 ml white wine
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp thyme
salt, pepper
parsley for sprinkling
Method
The meat is cut into chunks, pepper strips and onion crescents. Put them in a pan with heated sunflower oil and stirred for 5-6 minutes. Add leeks, sliced ​​in rings, pour the wine and stew. When the liquid evaporates, add tomato paste, salt and pepper and again stir for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate and dilute 200 ml water. Add the thyme and boil for another 10 minutes. In cabbage leaves put on kavarma and rolled dolmas, which are arranged with the folded side down. Pour an inch of water and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated 200 C oven fthe oil was removed and kavarma bake for 3-4 minutes, then sprinkled with chopped parsley.
