Pork in pineapple

Ingredients
600 g pork
1 pineapple
100-150 g cheese
15-20 olives pitted
4-5 sprigs of parsley
salt

Method
Cut the meat into cubes, add salt and fry strong stove until color changes. Pour water, enough to cover the meat and stew for 25 minutes. Pineapple is cut into 2 halves, carving is so that the walls are 1.5 cm thick. Half inside of pineapple cut into small cubes, mix with meat and fill half pineapple. Top rank cut into rings olives and chopped parsley. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 160-180 C for about 25 minutes.

bravo Vesi, a very interesting recipe, I did not know that pineapple is filled with something :)

Here's one recipe that is worth to try. I however vaproscheta. Pineapple its type must be May not be very suitable of those who are super sweet and what maturity to be - more or green? Otherwise, a combination I like.

Pepi, the recipe did not say exactly what, but I think it's a matter of taste what is the pineapple. Personally, I'd do it in the not too ripe pineapple.
