Pork with turnip
Ingredients
5-6 (500 g) turnip
750 g pork
10 dried red peppers
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt

Method
Turnip is peeled, washed and cut into pieces. The meat is also cut into pieces and washed. Put them in a saucepan, add salt is sprinkled with a little water and some of the fat and cook on low heat until soft. A little later add the remaining oil, fried with paprika and pepper.
