Potato boats with spinach

Ingredients
10 potatoes
500 g spinach
300 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
50 g butter
Method
Cook potatoes whole, then peel, carve like a boat with a spoon (as the interior is kept in a bowl) and arrange in a greased tray. Boil the spinach, drain and add to the bowl with the potatoes, grate is the feta cheese and lump butter stir with blender. Spoon filled with mashed potato boats placed on each piece of cheese and bake in a moderate oven.
