Potato Dumplings - II type

Ingredients
8 potatoes
4 tbsp flour
2 eggs
'60 butter
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 tbsp grated cheese
salt, pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel while are warm and Strain or crushed with a fork. Mix the flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Kneaded dough that form little balls. Boil in salted boiling water until emerge. Drain and pour hot butter, which is fried breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with cheese.
