Spicy chicken steaks on the BBQ
600 g chicken steak
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vegeta
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil

Chicken steak lightly crushed with a hammer. In a bowl put the lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Nice crash and add to the steaks. Leave it maturing in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight). Bake in preheated BBQ. Serve with salad season.
