Potato soup with garlic

Ingredients
7-8 (750 g) potatoes
100 g butter
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
salt
pepper
Method
Potatoes, once peeled and washed, cut in large pieces smothered with a little water until tender and rub through a colander. In fat stew finely chopped onion, mix with paprika and add to the potatoes. Pour 5 cups hot salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes. In the dishes for presentation of broth is placing some crushed with salt and vinegar, garlic and pour hot soup. Can be added and ground black pepper.
