Potatoes in Tunisian

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
100 g butter
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
Method
Peel potatoes, washed and cut into small cubes. Placed in salted boiling water and simmer 5 minutes only. Remove with a slotted spoon and put on a baking tray, which has previously melted the butter and walls were smeared with garlic cloves. Bake on high heat until it turns rosy.
