Pretzels with blue cheese and black salt

Ingredients
90 g blue cheese
80 g butter
2 yolks
1/2 tsp baking soda
125 g flour
pinch of salt
# For sprinkling:
black salt

Method
The feta cheese was crushed, mixed with the butter, add the egg yolks and finally pour the flour, mixed with soda. Everything is well kneaded and rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Sprinkle with black salt. Cut out pretzels to the desired shape and are arranged in a tray, covered with baking paper. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200C degrees.

Very nice shortbread, thanks for the recipe, Vanya :) I do not cut shapes so that the winding cylinders - and then rings. I tried to replace oil with fat and dough was softer and crackers spilled a little more than expected, but ready are very fragile, I think 50-50 would be a better option (or of course 100% oil, as its is recipe) :)

We tried them with oil - ate for one night :)
