Pumpkin ready peel

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
about 1 kg pumpkin
1 cup (200 g) sugar
150 g walnuts
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil

Method
Pumpkin Peel, grate on large grater and stew in a little oil and sugar until soft and water evaporates it. I tried to roll without any sheet roll, just by imposing. A walnuts were crushed wholesale, so as to feel. Became more delicious!

I forgot to mention that I put a little cinnamon.
