Rabbit with mushroom stew

Ingredients
1 rabbit
7-8 green onions
300-400 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 carrots
2 sticks lovage
2 sticks celery
1 bunch parsley
6-7 mint leaves
5 -6 Allspice
3 leaves bay leaf
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp white or black pepper
1/3 cup sunflower oil
4-5 tbsp soy sauce
pinch savory
1 head of garlic

Method
Rabbit washed, cut into portions (10) and seasoned with salt and soy sauce. Portions pressed into a mixture made of flour, paprika, savory and 1 cup water. In greased stew arrange half meat, put the top half cut vegetables - onion, carrot and mushrooms, peeled garlic cloves and spices. Then rank the remaining portions of meat, then vegetables and spices. Sprinkle with the oil, pour 2-3 cups of lightly salted water Cover with a lid and put in a cold oven. Bake at 180 C for about 2 hours and a half.

rabbit marinated before you do

rabbit, which is home cooked and marinated it / I did not have the time /. But in general it is good to do because the meat flavor :)

Very tasty dish! I did it for lunch, but with chicken (portions I found them in salted water - to antifoaming and strain broth instead of water added). Added and potato pieces. Peko it in a cast iron pot with a lid for about 3 hours in the oven for 2 top and bottom.

is a great recipe only added 1 cup of red wine with water and became perfectly parallel and rabbit cooked with beer but this in a pot with mushrooms more I liked maybe because browning of meat pieces makes them dry Therefore I strongly recommend cooking hotchpotch otherwise'm a woman without leisure and take the pressure cooker for fast and healthy cooking but three hours in a pot of 180 degrees give unique taste This is my first cooking casseroles and will use every opportunity to repeat Sorry for the lack of punctuation but something I can not find out my characters
