Rhodope wedge

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
salt
# For the filling:
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
3 eggs
1 cup (200 ml) milk
200 g butter

Method
Rice is boiled and to it were added while stirring the feta cheese, eggs and milk. Of flour with a little salt and water is cooked dough banitsa, of which 2 are rolled wafers. One sheet is placed in a well greased with butter tray. Spread a filling and cover with the other crust. Top sprinkle the melted butter. The wedge is baked until browned on both sides, paying with a wooden board with a handle or into another tray.
