Rice jelly

Ingredients
200 g of rice
4 cup water
1 lemon
6-7 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rum
vanilla
fruit sweet
syrup
Method
Rice with grated lemon peel, boil until soft and well water boil off completely. Add the sugar, lemon juice and rum. The mixture was removed from heat and poured into cold water rinses circular cake. Allow to cool to tighten rice. Then turns on the dessert platter, decorate with fruit jam and serve, topped with syrup.
