Roast beef ham

Ingredients
500 g veal (leg)
100 g bacon
40 g lard
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 bay leaf
2 tomatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Meat add salt and sprinkle with pepper meat, wrapped in bacon, place in baking pan, add the chopped onion and carrot, the quantity lard and bake in a moderate oven. At the end add the wine, bay leaves, chopped tomatoes and baked under a blanket in low oven until soft. Sosa is pressed and pour in sauce-boat, the meat is cut into portions, is arranged in a dish around it put fried potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
