Roasted chicken with vegetables - II type

Ingredients
1 chicken
3-4 large potatoes
2-3 carrots
2-3 onions
canned tomatoes
sunflower oil, butter and pepper
Method
Chicken washed and is cut into portions. Chopped vegetables are placed in the pan, add salt to taste, add a little sunflower oil and mix well. Top ranks meat and covered with pieces of butter. Pour 1 cup water and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake until the fat remains.
