Roasted fresh cabbage with bacon

Ingredients
1 small cabbage
6-8 slices of bacon
oil
salt
white pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
Method
Cabbage washed, trimmed and cut into slices with a thickness of 2-3 cm. In a pan put olive oil generously, ranking slices and sprinkle with salt, white pepper, finely crushed garlic cloves. On top of the slices of cabbage pipette a little olive oil. Put it in the preheated oven and bake in moderate oven for half an hour, turning the slices of cabbage, top rank bacon slices and bake for another half hour. Cabbage will nibbling lightly and the dish will be maznichko.
