Roasted onion Dutch
4-5 slices of white bread
500 g fresh onions
2 cup (400 ml) milk or 1 cup (200 ml) milk and 1 cup (200 ml) cream
50 g bacon
Onions are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Boiled and semi Allow to drain. In an oiled baking dish put milk-soaked bread slices white onion and pour over them.
