Russian moussaka

Ingredients
150-200 g minced meat
3 onions
1 kg potatoes
200 g cheese
salt, pepper, salt colorful
sunflower oil
Method
Peel the potatoes, wash and cook. Minced meat and onions, finely chopped, fried with spices in a little oil. Cooked potatoes are creased and spread in a baking dish as base. Cover with the minced meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake to golden.
