Salad of celery, onion and carrots
2 heads (400 g) celery
3-4 (250 g) carrots
250 g onion (or leek)
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
After cleaning and washing carrots cut into rings 1 cm thick and celery - slices of the same thickness. Onions leave purposes (leeks cut in rings 1 cm thick). Stew until soft and rank in the salad bowl, as the bottom put celery, over it put carrots and carrots - onions (or leeks). Salad sprinkled with vinegar to taste.
