Salad chicory

Ingredients
500 g chicory
2 cloves garlic
green olives
chilli
pepper
salt
sugar
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
mint
1 tsp mustard
1 lemon
Method
Chicory is washed in acidified water and cut into thin rings. 1/2 clove finely chopped garlic mixed with mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, gradually add the oil and lemon juice and finally chopped mint. The salad is rubbed with garlic, add the chicory, chopped green olives and peppers and immediately pour the topping.
