Ingredients
25 olives
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
150 g water
pepper
sunflower oil
magdanos
2 onions

Method
Cut the onion into crescents and fry it in the oil, add the tomato paste, dissolved in water and stir until the sauce thickens. Then add pepper, olives and parsley, finely chopped, stir until everything is well mixed. Serve the salad cold.
