Salad onion

Ingredients
3-4 heads (250 g) onion
5 walnuts
2 eggs
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley

Method
Onions bake in the oven until soft. Once cool clean of scales and cut into slices, which are arranged on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts, hard boiled eggs, diced, and chopped parsley. Salad watered with a mixture of vegetable oil and vinegar.
