Salad of red cabbage - I type
Ingredients
1 cabbage (500-600 g)
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
vinegar
salt
Method
Cabbage is cleared from the upper leaves and cut into quarters then cut across into thin slices like straws. Chopped cabbage is poured boiling salted water to soften, drain and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar.
