Ingredients
400 g spinach
1 bunch spring onions
3 hard boiled eggs
sunflower oil
vinegar
salt
olives
Method
Spinach cut into thin strips, cut onions and eggs. Season with the oil, vinegar and salt. Mix well and put olives on top for decoration.
