Ingredients
600 g of beef
120 g mushrooms
1 onion
60 g fat
soup
pepper, salt
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
250 g puff pastry
1 egg
Method
All fat are removed from the meat and cut it into small cubes that are rolled in flour mixed with salt and pepper and fry in fat. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms into thin pieces and finely chopped onions, fry is pour a little broth, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and stew until soft. Pour the mixture into pan, allow to cool, remove all the fat from the surface and cover with a wheel-shaped dough. Its surface is coated with beaten egg, decorate with cut pieces of dough and bake in a hot oven for half an hour.
