Ingredients
4 leeks onion
4 potatoes
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 bunch parsley
pepper, salt
Method
Cut the leeks and cook in 1/3 of the fat until completely soft. As cooled down, add cooked and grated potatoes, the feta cheese, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Knead the mixture and form cutlets. Roll them in flour and fry them in a preheated oil. Serve them with yogurt, seasoned with garlic and dill
