Ingredients
250 g minced meat mixture
1 small onion
1 tsp equal soda
1 tsp cumin
pepper, savory, salt
3 eggs
3 tbsp water
6 tbsp flour

Method
Knead minced meat with grated onion head, baking soda, spices and salt. In a separate bowl whisk eggs well with water and flour slurry. Mix blending minced meat with egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes to absorb the flavor of the spices. Then Zagreb mixture with greater spoon and fry them in hot grease, gently tap the top to spread out and shape of a thin schnitzel.
