Ingredients
600-700 g minced meat
1 onion
1 cup flour
1 cup Water
4 eggs
pepper, red pepper, savory, salt

Method
Cut the onion. Crush the minced meat with eggs and chopped onion. Gradually mix water and flour to not get lumpy. Add the mixture to the minced meat. Add spices and mix. With a large spoon put the mixture into hot oil and fry until browned.
