Scrambled eggs

Ingredients
10 eggs
125 g butter
salt

Method
Eggs to be mixed with a little salt, but so that the white and yolk are not fully mingle. Pour in heated butter and fry until cross without blighted. Ready eggs should be soft and loose, and here and there seems egg white. Can be served on feta cheese, cheese or sausage, cut into cubes or strips and lightly fried in butter.
