Skewers fish with parsley

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillet
1 onion
1 lemon
1 bunch parsley
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
Diced fish marinate for 2-3 hours with finely chopped parsley, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Then strung on skewers, smeared with sunflower oil and bake in a hot BBQ. Serve garnished with sautéed potatoes.
