Smoked baked

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
300 g smoked meat (breast, neck, ham)
1 cube chicken broth
250 g yogurt
sunflower oil
Method
Potatoes Peel and cut into thin slices. Onions and garlic are finely chopped and smoked meat cubes. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put order potatoes, top onion, garlic, meat. Cover with potatoes and again put onion, garlic and meat. Top rank potatoes. Chicken broth was dissolved in 200 ml water, mixed with yoghurt and pour potatoes. Watered with sunflower oil. Cover with lid or foil and bake 45 minutes at 250 ° C and 10 minutes without foil or cover. The use of smoked meat is a must - it tastes great!
