Ingredients
500 g of lamb, beef or chicken
5-6 tomatoes
1 onion
250 g chickpeas
1 handful of lentils
1/2 tsp dry ginger
pinch saffron
8 tbsp flour
2 handfuls vermicelli
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh coriander
2 tbsp celery
extra fresh coriander
salt
pepper
Method
Chickpeas soak in water overnight. In 2 liters of water put the chopped meat into small pieces, drained chickpeas, peeled and grated tomatoes, finely chopped onion, lentils, ginger, saffron, green herbs, salt and pepper to taste. In the pressure cooker soup boiled 30-35 minutes, and in a conventional - a cooking product.
