Sour berries

Ingredients
1 kg berries (strawberries, raspberries, black currants, blueberries and other)
200 g sugar
40 g starch
200 ml water
citric acid to taste
Method
Wash fresh, ripe and colored fruit. Drain them well, we wash them from the stems and leaves and blend them through thick strainer or sieve. Squeezed juice put in glass or enameled pot and put it in the refrigerator or in a cool place. Remnants of the fruit washed with water and doiztsezhdame, so as to dispose soft seeds. The resulting pale second juice spend little blurring starch in it. In the rest of it add sugar and heat them to the fire. Once boiling, add the fuzzy starch and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until it boils again. We remove it from the heat, add the first drained fruit juice and citric acid taste, dissolved in a little water and mix well. Loose it in bowls or plates and Serve after cool.
