Specialty with fried beef

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
800 g beef fillet
3 carrots
1 onion
80 g rice
80 g chutney
40 g flour
mustard
2 egg whites
40 g butter
fat frying
salt
parsley
Method
Beef tenderloin is cleaned from the skins and cut into long strips. Carrots and onions are finely grated grater. Rice is boiled with half the carrots and onions, add chopped parsley. The remaining carrots and onions sauté in the butter, add chutney and mustard and mix. The pieces of meat add salt, roll in flour, dip in egg whites and fry in hot fat. The cooked rice was placed on the cube in the middle of the plate. Side arranged strips of meat. On meat Grate the feta cheese and bake slightly. Before serving, pour the sauce chutney and mustard.
