200 g pork LOIN
50-60 g bacon
50-60 g cheese
2 eggs batter
2 slices of bread
flour
breadcrumbs

Method
Tenderloin is cut into 6 pieces, and each is cleaved, but are not completely separated. Dissolve, crushed with a mallet and seasoned with pepper and salt.
