Ingredients

1 cup flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
125 g butter
# For the filling:
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups peeled, cleaned and sliced ​​apples
Method
Flour, sugar and pour salt on a board on top put the butter and minced meat with a knife. Pour and 3 tbsp water and knead until the dough becomes a ball. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator. From the butter for the filling into 2 tbsp and smeared baking tin. Sprinkle top 3 tsp powdered sugar. Arranged in the form of several layers of apples coated with the remaining butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar 3 tsp. Roll out the dough and put on apples.
