Spicy bread with chili

Ingredients
350 g white flour
50 g wheat groats or wholemeal
1 cube of yeast (42 g)
50 ml milk (warm)
spicy chili or 1 small chili pepper, cleaned and chopped
40 ml olive oil
125 ml vegetable broth (cool)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp green onions sliced ​​
1 tsp fresh coriander
1 tsp chopped mint narzana
3 tsp salt
40 g sugar
Method
Mix in a bowl the flour and groats. The yeast was dissolved in the milk with sugar and filled to the flour. Add broth (cool), olive oil and all herbs, also chopped chili. Blended into a smooth dough. Rises 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 parts, form balls, arranged on a tray with baking paper and flatten slightly. Sprinkle flour and leave for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 210 C. The buns are baked for 30 minutes.

Rally, great proposal. These rolls will become a nice addition to grilled meats.
