Spicy dark sauce

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) Основен dark fish sauce
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
1 apple
1/2 onion
1 bay leaf
1 cloves
pinch grated lemon peel
salt
pepper
1 cup (200 ml) decoction of fish
pinch of sugar
Method
Grated apples and onions smothered in potion. Add tomato paste, bay leaf and cloves. Boil and boil 20 minutes on low heat, then rub through a sieve. The resulting sauce is seasoned with other spices and mix with the sauce base.
