Spicy dip with walnuts

Ingredients
100 g walnuts
100 g larded salami
5 roasted green peppers (spicy peppers may fish)
1-2 cloves garlic
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
chervil

Method
In heated dry pan bake the walnuts. Crush them while they are still warm. Chop into small cubes larded sausage and peppers. If you have available slightly spicy roasted peppers (fish) use them. So DIPA becomes more spicy. In a bowl, mix the chopped products. Chop finely and add chervil. The entire mixture put mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Mix well. This kind of dip may be used as a starter or as an addition to any salad or garnish.
