Ingredients
          4 fillets of hake fish
          # For the marinade:
          salt
          pepper
          1 tsp mustard
          2 tbsp honey
          2 tbsp soy sauce
          50 ml white wine
          pinch of dried thyme
          pinch of tarragon

          Method
              Products for marinade beat with a mixer. Fillets are dry, pour in the marinade and leave in refrigerator for 24 hours. Bake in preheated oven until ready.
