Spindle fish BBQ

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillet
200 g mushrooms
100 chopped walnuts
1 onion
parsley
50 g butter
pepper
salt
1 lemon
1 lettuce
Method
Fillet is formed of slices that are lightly crushed. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Onions, mushrooms and walnuts are smothered in the butter. Finally add the parsley. Stew mixture, slightly cooled is allocated to fuck cutlets, roll to roll and pinned onto a toothpick. Spread sunflower oil and bake BBQ. Serve on lettuce leaves and lemon slices.
