Sponge cake with cherries

Ingredients
250 g butter
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 (300 g) sugar
1 and 1/2 (300 ml) milk
1 and 1/2 (300 g) flour
1 kg cherries (or less)
1 vanilla powder
1/2 packet of baking powder
Method
Mix the butter (melted or not) with sugar, put one by one the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and baking powder while stirring constantly. Put it in a greased pan or form, top rank cherries (Pitted) and bake.

slight smell of spring, the delicate taste of cherries and soft crust make this cake one of the most delicious temptations of man.

This cake and prepare it with prunes (instead of cherries). Lovely cake! Try.

I do it with yogurt and oil and cherry compote - Pitted. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and still going.
