Sponge cake with red wine

Ingredients
250 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp cognac
3 tbsp cocoa
2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
4 eggs
# For topping:
3 rodopcheta or 100 g chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Method
The butter, sugar, wine. cognac and cocoa are getting and put on the stove until a uniform mixture. Cool. Add flour and baking powder, stirring with a mixer. Separately, whisk the eggs and add to the mixture. Everything is poured into greased pan with butter and bake in preheated oven at 220C to dry stick. Cool and pour melted 1 tbsp butter rodopcheta. Optional top can be sprinkled with coconut or nuts.
