Spring dish grandmother (eggs with fresh garlic)

Ingredients
30 sprigs fresh green garlic
10 eggs
800 g yogurt
paprika
2-3 diced chicken broth
olive oil or sunflower oil

Method
In several spoons olive oil and a little water simmer for 15-20 minutes, cut into sticks (about 2-3cm) green garlic. Add the red pepper (you can put a little chili), chicken broth and let the garlic to fry for 5 minutes. Boil eggs, cut them into slices and add to the garlic. (You can put straight to eggs in garlic braised and then with a spoon to break it 2-3 pieces). Remove from heat and add the yogurt, stir carefully to not tear the eggs.
