Stars beef-tomato sauce

Ingredients
70 g veal (more tender)
2 tomatoes (ripe)
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
40 g macaroni type small stars
1 tsp grated feta cheese Parmesan
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Clean and wash the tomatoes, carrot and celery. Prick tomatoes toothpick and put vegetables in 500 ml water to boil until the water remains half quantity. Take vegetable broth peel the tomatoes and blend everything. Boil the meat of steam, chop it and add to tomato sauce with olive oil. In a separate pot boil the stars in the rest of the vegetables broth, strain and add to the beef-tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
